Terms of Service

GENERAL
✦ Prices are in USD.
✦ Main payment method is Paypal but I prefer Wise as its friendlier on both side in terms of fees.
✧ You will have to pay for the Paypal/Vgen fees on top of the commission price!
✦ Please do not haggle prices.
✦ Prices are subject to change per opening.
✦ Commissions are not on first come, first serve basis.
✦ I will only ask for payment once the sketch is approved and confirmed to be to your liking! Otherwise, please do not make payment to my Paypal/Ko-fi!
✦ Partial payment can only be requested if exceeding a certain amount. Otherwise, full payment upfront is required.
✦ I DO NOT ALLOW MY ART TO BE USED FOR AI, AI TRAINING, NFTS OR BLOCKCHAIN CONTENT.
✦ I retain the rights to the artwork created for the client. (commercial included) to be used for my portfolio and as an example for my work and services.
✦ Turn-around time depends on the commission requested. The bigger the commission, the longer the time. Generally I can be slow, so unless there is a specific deadline requested, I take between 1-2 weeks to as long as 3 months or more!
✦ You will receive the high resolution png of your commission once it is finished.
✦ I am allowed to work on personal works and collaborations in-between commissions to keep myself motivated. Please understand that an artist life is hard when its both your hobby and career!REFUND/CANCELLATION
✦ NO REFUNDS / CHARGEBACKS! Unless there are any reason that I am not able to finish the commission, there will be no refunds once I have started the commission.
✦ However, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission if payment has not yet been sent.
✦ I have the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time. This rarely occurs though.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
✦ I, the artist hold all the rights to the produced images as the artist. I am allowed to stream my work and post them on my social media to promote myself.
✦ However, if you wish to keep the artwork private, please let me know in advance, preferably at the start of the commission.
✦ Prices listed by default are for non-commercial use. You have the right to reproduce your commission for personal use (prints, stickers, charms) and must not make profit in any way, unless you have bought commercial rights for it.
✦ Credits to me is still required for usage to the artwork, even if altered or edited.COMMERCIAL WORK TERMS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
✦ Commercial use are for creation/streaming/marketing which includes: Twitch/Youtube banner profile picture, Schedule art, thumbnail, and et cetera.
✦ Commercial usage of the commission is prohibited unless the rights has been discussed/bought by the client or as agreed upon.
✦ Commercial work will always be +300% of the original price. With commercial rights, you are allowed to make any merchandise.
✦ You may not sell my design/model.
✦ Clients may display the completed commission on external websites as long as credit linking back to my website or social media where its clearly visible.
✦ The commissioner (you) are not allowed to claim artwork as yours.
✦ No editing or modifying the completed commission without permission from the artist (me). Edits of the artwork in terms of cropping, transparency changes, or adding text are allowed though.REQUEST FORM
✦ Commissions are requested through DMs or email.
✦ Please provide full-sized IMAGE reference. If you do have it Google Doc/Google Slide compilations, make sure to link the fullsized image within the reference gdoc! Picrews are allowed.
✦ If there's not a full reference image prior of the character (especially text description only), it can or will be considered as a custom commission, thus having additional fees on top.
✦ Be specific with what you need. Poses/ideation/moodboards are helpful. Please do not give me freedom to draw!
✦ Asking for commission edits are okay (although 1 or 2 times only!) Additional fees may apply for bigger changes.IMPORTANT : By sending me a request form, I will take it as you have read and agreed to my terms of service above.

PROCESS

1. Fill out this form when the commission is open. DM/email me when you have a clear idea of what you would like to commission.
2. If I have accepted your commission or not, I will reply. If proceeding, details of your commission request will be discussed here.
3. I will invoice for payment once the sketch has been approved.
4. I will send progress images of the commission when ready. Please provide all change requests and suggestions at this period of time. You can request for updates but sparingly please.
5. Duration of completion will vary depending on the complexity of the commission, my schedule but I will do my best to complete it as soon as able.
6. Completed full-size artwork and a smaller watermarked PNG will be sent through email/Gdrive.

✦ Price can change depending on complexity of the design (as it will require me to understand how to draw it to best reflect what you envisioned.)
✦ Rush Fee = $300 for Completion within 1 week from when I start. $500 for Completion within 3 days from when I start.
✦ [OPTIONAL] For the best results, please put me in contact with your rigger of choice to work together as every rigger work differently so I will need to discuss how they would like their models to be cut!
✦ Waist up cuts off at the hip and does not include the hand.
✦ Additional cost will be charged for complicated design (including wings, weapons, etc).
✦ A 50/50 payment can be arranged if the vtuber commission exceeds ~$800 above.What's Included :
- Rig-ready model [.clip/.psd]
- 5 main expressions : [Angry, Sad, Blush, Tears, Terror/Grimace] + 1 expression of your choice.
- Maximum of 3 major design changes per area (head, torso, bottoms, and accessories/weapons). Please do not abuse this!
- Basic reference sheet.** - A more complex/detailed reference sheet will be drawn for to those that only requested a Design Only commission, as the file will not be cut / does not have model art.
